How to use:

1 cup organic pancake quinoa mix

50 grams butter or coconut oil

fruits of choice

maple syrup or honey

150mL milk

2 bananas


1. Put the quinoa pancake with the bananas and milk in a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.

2. In a pan, melt butter and pour the mixture.

3. Fry for 4 minutes or until desired color is achieved.

4. Top with chosen fruits and honey to taste.
