Ready made flour for making kara age. This soy sauce and ginger seasoned flour contains papain oxygen (part of papaya), which makes chicken/meat tender. Use to cover chicken/meat pieces before frying to create tasty, fluffy battered fried chicken/meat fit for curry, donburi bowls, or as a side dish to vegetables and salad.
Dust chicken cut into bite-sized pieces with this powder well, and leave them for 10〜20min. Then cook the chicken pieces in plenty of frying oil between 160〜170 degrees.
